  I would agree with previous comments but would like to add communication. He called me with results of my tests the day he got them and called me at 6:00pm! What doctor does that? He went the extra mile so that I would have answers quickly rather than making me wait over the weekend. And my previous doctor didn't even take the time to find out, she just gave me pt. He didn't speculate on what it could be but rather wanted to know EXACTLY what the problem was so that he could solve the issue the best way he knew how. He has given me peace of mind by taking time to be how a doctor should be. My husband and I will be switching over to him as our primary care. TOTALLY recommend Sr. Cipolla!

  The Doctor is GREAT, his front office staff, however, needs ALLOT of training. When patients dealing with mental health issues come in, you fit them in, or let them talk to someone there, at the very least, not rudely send them away. I'm sure, if it was looked into, they have some hospitalizations, maybe even possible suicides on their hands. So rude and unprofessional.
