  When our toilet started leaking beneath the bathroom floor, spilling into our basement laundry room with each flush, I called and booked the earliest appointment available, which was the following morning. But later that day, Scott called when his last appointment wrapped up early and offered to hit our house on his way home. He was at the end of a 12-hour-plus work day, but he knew ours was a situation better resolved quickly. That earns you 5 stars in my book. Thanks Scott.

  Scott is a pleasure to deal with and their prices are very reasonable. Scott was on-time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He did a great job on a master bath remodel for us!
