  Their processing time is slower than most other surrounding banks. In account transfer took 5 days and still pending in account meaning from my savings to my checking same account number 5 days and it's still not clear. A Walgreens transaction debit 5 days still not clear it's still pending on my account. And the fact that since day one of being with them and probably 10 years of having account I'd asked about a savings account according to my financial income meaning I'm low income they said over and over and I checked multiple times that they did not have any kind of account something that was no minimum balance or low minimum balance and no humongous starting deposit needed or not maintaining a certain balance every month they said they didn't have one lied to go to a different Winters Bank to find out that they do and that I could get one. They're dropping the ball Wauconda Community Bank. They've made mistakes such as on bill pay not being delivered on time or even ever. Yes that's right I have proof that they had to write a bank check to my landlord because the check that was supposed to come through bill pay was over two and a half weeks after the date of delivery and then we had to start another bill pay to try to get it paid still and then that we waited for a 2 to 3 weeks more and it still didn't go through so they had to pay a late charge to my landlord and I had to write my landlord a regular check and get it to him. And I have proof of all of it...
  And some of the pictures that I'm posting you'll see the blue writing in the pictures from the bank that is when I ordered it the grey is when it was or is completed and if you look it'll say status on all of it depending still after all these days. I do have more for the landlord issue I mentioned above I just can't get to it from this app I'm going to have to post them a different way so there will be an attachment.check this out they pick and choose which in-house transfers can go in one day or not the one that is highlighted yellow started and finished completely in one day the same day but the one that I started Saturday that just passed is still not it's still in process and it's Tuesday night.. it's We'd. Morning 2-21-18 and the Walgreens debit card transaction still isn't cleared. But the in house in account has completed. When I went back or to the payments that we had to cancel after over 20 days of not receiving it according to delivery date they I checked my statement I checked my also account activity and it doesn't even say when it's canceled for me to even prove to anybody that it was over 22 days past the date when it was supposed to be delivered it only shows which were completed which none of them for November or December were completed by the bank they had to be cancelled and a check hard check had to be written and given to my landlord by myself and then the fact that they can't even admit to or give me a straight answer about why it is taken since Saturday 9 a.m. Ash for a debit to clear at Walgreen's local Walgreens store and it's a debit and why it took so long for that transfer of the money into one account savings to checking same account not out of the location
